1. ACCEPTING THESE TERMS
This document, our rules, policies and the other documents referenced make up our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Tweetdeleter.com. This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use Tweetdeleter.com and our Service. Please read them carefully.
BY USING OUR SERVICE, YOU’RE CREATING A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT TO COMPLY WITH ALL THE TERMS.

2. CHANGES 
We may amend the Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. If we change the Terms in a way that reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities, we will provide you with a notification.

3. ACCESS
You are granted a non-exclusive, limited and revocable license to access the website and use its functionality on the condition that:

(c) You do not engage in any improper, indecent or offensive behavior while using the website; 
(d) You are not breaking any law in your relevant jurisdiction by accessing this website;

4. BASIC TERMS 
4.1. You are responsible to maintain the security of your Twitter account.
4.2. You are responsible for your actions. This means you are responsible for all delete actions you submit via the Tweetdeleter.com service that take effect on your Twitter account. Please note that tweets you select to delete through TweetDeleter.com service are deleted permanently from Twitter without an option to restore them!
4.3. When you sign into your Twitter account to grant access to Tweetdeleter, you authorize us to send information to and receive information from Twitter on your behalf. When you search or delete one or more of your Tweets on Tweetdeleter.com, we submit it to Twitter; but we rely on Twitter to accurately and timely delete your message on Twitter. We also import content from Twitter and rely on it to give us accurate and timely information.
4.4. You will not use Tweetdeleter.com and its services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes and you must not use the Tweetdeleter service in a way that violates any laws in any jurisdiction you are subject to.
4.5. You must not use the Tweetdeleter.com service to transmit viruses, worms or other yet-to-be-named malicious software that harm computers, software or the like.
4.6. You mustn’t try to hack into the Tweetdeleter.com service or unduly burden our servers.
4.7. If you don’t use Tweetdeleter.com service, you reserve the right to revoke the access to our application in your Twitter account (Settings->Connections->Revoke Access).
4.8. You agree to use the Tweetdeleter.com service at your own risk! We provide no warranty as to the functionality, uptime, or content. We hope this won't be the case, but this may mean that the Tweetdeleter.com service may not meet your specific requirements, it may be unavailable, it may have errors, it may be inaccurate or unreliable, or any host of other issues you might be unhappy about - so please use the Tweetdeleter.com service "as is"!

5. TWEETDELETER RIGHTS 
5.1. We can change any part of the Tweetdeleter.com service and even shut Tweetdeleter.com down at any time without notice. If we do add new features, tools or functionality to Tweetdeleter.com, they will be subject to these terms of service.
5.2. We can change these terms of service at any time and for any reason without notice.
5.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

6. COPYRIGHTS 
6.1. Whatever you delete on your Twitter account is yours. But you do give us a fully paid, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your content to provide the Tweetdeleter.com service.

6.2.1. You may print or download to a local hard disk and extract information for your personal and non-commercial use only
6.2.2. You may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material
6.2.3. You may not, without our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. You may not transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

7. PROHIBITED USES 
You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate, instruct or induce others to use, the website or website services for any activities that violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; for any other illegal or fraudulent purpose or any purpose that is harmful to others; or to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available content that is illegal, fraudulent or harmful to others.

The following are examples of uses that are prohibited on the website or when using the website Services:

Seeking, offering, promoting, or endorsing and services, content, or activities that:
- are defamatory, illegal, profane, vulgar, threatening, unlawfully discriminatory, illegal, pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit in nature;
- would violate the intellectual property rights, such as and including copyrights, of another person, entity, service, product, or website;
- are harassing toward another person based on the person's inclusion in a protected class as defined by applicable law.

Tweetdeleter.com and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to all Intellectual Property Rights related in and to the website and the website services. 
Tweetdeleter.com logos and names are trademarks of Tweetdeleter.com and are registered. All other product names, company names, marks, logos, and symbols on the website or website services may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

9. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT 
Tweetdeleter.com is committed to complying with copyright and related laws and requires all website visitors and users to comply with these laws. Accordingly, you may not use the website to store any material or content, or disseminate any material or content, in any manner that constitutes an infringement of third party intellectual property rights. 

10. USER CONTENT 
Content that you post must be content you own or have the right to use (so let’s refer to it as “Your Content”). That includes anything you post using our website.
- Responsibility for Your Content. You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have all necessary right
- Permission to Use Your Content. By posting Your Content through our website, you grant Tweetdeleter.com a license to use it. 

11. TERMINATION 
Tweetdeleter.com reserves the right to change, suspend, limit or discontinue any of its Services, in whole or in part at any time for any reason, without notice (unless required by law).
We may refuse service to anyone and may terminate or suspend your services and your access to the website in whole or in part at any time, for any reason, without notice unless required by law. 
If we terminate, limit or suspend your access to our website:
- You don’t have a contractual or legal right to continue to use our website. 

12. LIMITATIONS 
In no event will Tweetdeleter.com be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or any other intangible loss) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the website or any materials or content available through the website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Tweetdeleter.com has been informed of the possibility of damage.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT 
This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof. The express terms hereof control and supersede any course of performance and/or usage of the trade inconsistent with any of the terms hereof.

Our Privacy Policy tells you what personally identifiable information we may collect from you, how we may process your personally identifiable information, how you can limit our use of your personally identifiable information, and your rights to obtain, modify and/or delete any personally identifiable information we have collected from you.

3. DO NOT TRACK SETTINGS 
Some web browsers have settings that enable you to request that Tweetdeleter.com does not track your movement within our website. Tweetdeleter.com does not obey such settings when transmitted to and detected by Tweetdeleter.com. However, this does not change our compliance in any other way with our Privacy Policy.
 
4. OTHER AUTOMATICALLY-GATHERED INFORMATION 
We may automatically record information when you visit Tweetdeleter.com, including the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to analyze trends among our users to help improve Tweetdeleter.com or customize communications and information that you receive from us. If combined with other information we know about you from previous visits, the data possibly could be used to identify you personally, even if you are not signed in to Tweetdeleter.com.

5. INFORMATION WE COLLECT 
5.1. Information we collect upon your sign in with Twitter: In order to use certain parts of our site we require that you sign in with your Twitter account. We only save your Twitter screen name, id and an access token which will be delivered by Twitter (if you grant access to our application) after your login. We do not need nor use your real Twitter login data.
5.2. Information we collect from Twitter: If you grant access to our application, we can and do access the information in your Twitter account as allowed according to the Twitter API. We do this in order to provide functionality for the Tweetdeleter.com service to delete all tweets, complete automatic tweet deleting, mass tweet deleting and any other features that you can use or enable on our site. This information that we access may include Twitter messages you have sent, Twitter messages posted by people you're following, your direct messages, and public profile information.

6. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION 
6.1. Our primary purpose in collecting and using your personal information is to provide you with a safe, efficient, and customized tweet deleting experience.
6.2. Interacting with Twitter: As noted above, we use your Twitter data to send information to and receive information from Twitter on your behalf.
6.3. Improving our Service: In order to keep our Service up to date, we might change our Privacy Policy in the case that Twitter changes its API policy which keep control of Your personal data and that it shares us with the approval that You permitted by signing into our service for the first time.
6.4. Aggregated Non-Personal Information: We may share aggregated non-personal information with third parties.
6.5. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.

 
7. OUR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION 
7.1. We may disclose your personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, or protect anyone's rights, property or safety. If we do disclose your information for any of these reasons, we will do it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

7.2.3. Law enforcement or other government officials, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity. In such event, we will disclose information that is relevant to the investigation.

 
8. OBTAINING, CHANGING OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION
8.1 Access to your personal information
To obtain a copy of all information we maintain about you, you may send us a request using the contact information at the end of this Policy or, if available, through a tool on Tweetdeleter.com.  After receiving the request, we will tell you when we expect to provide you with the information, and whether we require any fee for providing it to you.
8.2 Remove or Change your Information
If you wish us to remove or change personally identifiable information that you have provided us you may contact us at the contact information at the end of this Policy or if available through a tool on Tweetdeleter.com.  
8.3 Verification of your Information
When we receive any request to access, edit or delete personally identifiable information, we will first take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or otherwise taking any action. This is important to safeguard your information.
 
9. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA 
Except as otherwise mentioned in this Policy, we keep your personally identifiable information only for as long as required by us:
-  to provide you with the products you have requested, or otherwise to perform or enforce a contract between us;
-  to continue to provide the best possible user experience to visitors who return to our website to collect information;
-  to comply with other law, including for any period demanded by tax authorities; or
-  to support a claim or defense in any court or in any legal, regulatory or administrative proceeding.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You assume the sole risk of transmitting your information as it relates to the use of Tweetdeleter.com, and for any data corruptions, intentional interceptions, intrusions or unauthorized access to information, or of any delays, interruptions to or failures preventing the use Tweetdeleter.com. 
 
11. PROTECTING YOUR CHILD’S PRIVACY 
Even though Tweetdeleter.com is not designed for use by anyone under the age of 18, we realize that a child may attempt to access Tweetdeleter.com. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from a child. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child is using Tweetdeleter.com, please contact us. 
We may ask for proof of identification before we remove any information to prevent malicious removal of information. If we discover on our own that a child is accessing Tweetdeleter.com, we will delete the information as soon as we discover it, we will not use the information for any purpose, and we will not disclose the information to third parties. 

You acknowledge that we do not verify the age of our users nor do we have any liability to do so. 
 
12. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time. If Tweetdeleter.com decides to change this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on Tweetdeleter.com so our users are always aware of what information we collect, use, and disclose. In all cases, your continued use of Tweetdeleter.com after any change to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
 
PAYMENTS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. Our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment Terms apply to the Tweetdeleter service (the “Service”). The Service includes paid functions on the website, such as mass tweet deletion, automatic tweet deleting etc. Users of the Service include users accessing the Service under a free account; users accessing the Service under any subscription plan (monthly or yearly subscriptions). 
1.2. These Payment Terms are an addition to the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Service. Any capitalized terms used in these Payment Terms shall have the same meanings set forth in the Terms and Conditions. These Payment Terms, together with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Tweetdeleter. If at any time you disagree with the current Policies, you must stop using the Service immediately.
By tapping (aka “clicking”) ‘I Agree and Purchase’ and/or by using or paying for the Service in any way, you agree to a binding contract with us and your agreement with us includes our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Payment Terms (collectively, “Policies”). Read our Policies carefully. You may use the Service only as long as applicable law does not prohibit your acceptance of our Policies. We want you to use our Service, but if you don’t agree with our Policies, then you must stop using the Service.

2. PAYMENTS
2.1. Subscribing
Once you have registered for the Service, You are allowed to use the Service for free (“Free account”) but with limited features. If You are interested in using additional features that will be described on the site as Additional paid features, You will be allowed to sign up for a paid subscription to the Service. You may subscribe to the Service at any time (during your “Free Account”) by going to your Settings on the web. If you subscribe to the Service, your credit card will be billed immediately after finishing the subscription payment process. See Section 2.3, Recurring Payment, of this Section 2 for more information. A subscription to the Service means you will have access to the full Service and all of its current features. 
2.2. Payment Methods
We accept only these forms of payment – Paypal, VISA and MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept cash or checks.
2.3. Recurring Payment
By putting in your billing payment method (“Your Designated Payment Method”) and subscribing to the Service, you authorize Tweetdeleter or its designated payment processor to charge the applicable monthly or yearly subscription fees to Your Designated Payment Method. Unless you notify us of your decision to cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term. Your renewed subscription will have the same duration as the subscription being renewed (e.g. one month, etc.). At the time of renewal, your credit card will be charged our then-current fees for the applicable subscription, provided that if the fee for your renewal Service has increased, we will notify you at your designated email address at least fourteen (14) days prior to renewal so that you have an opportunity to elect not to renew.
2.4. Billing Date
Your credit card will be charged for the renewal term of your Service on your billing date ("Billing Date"), based on the type of subscription (e.g., on a particular date each month for a monthly subscription, etc.). If, however, your Activation Date is on the 29th, 30th or 31st day of a month, and your Billing Date does not exist in a particular month because there are fewer than thirty-one (31) days in the month payment is due, your Billing Date for that particular renewal will be on the last day of the month in which your Billing Date would otherwise be.
2.5 Invoicing
An invoice is issued on the billing date for each charge made. The tax applied on the invoice will be dependent on the country where the service is used. This is determined by verifying the country you indicate in the checkout process and IP address we obtain during the web session. If the identified countries differ between the two methods we consider the country indicated by you during the checkout process as the main country where the service is used.
2.6. Late Payments
Your subscription may be deactivated or cancelled without notice if the payment for your subscription is past due or if Your Designated Payment Method is declined or denied for any reason. If Your Designated Payment Method is declined or denied for any reason, we will deactivate your subscription and send you a notification email regarding such problem with processing your payment. We will try Your Designated Payment Method every three (3) days and after three (3) failed attempts, we will cancel your subscription, and you will need to re-subscribe to the Service.
2.7. Early Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the full Service until the date that would have been your next Billing Date.
2.8. No Refunds
All fees paid and charges made prior to cancellation as provided herein, including any advance charge or payment for the subscription term during which you cancel your subscription, are nonrefundable. Cancellation of your subscription shall not relieve you of any obligations to pay accrued charges.
2.9 Lifetime deal
The Product "Lifetime deal" with a one-time payment is an offer to purchase a service for five (5) years with all possible features except the Tweet saving feature. The Lifetime deal is non-refundable. The service provider reserves the right to remove the Lifetime deal from offering at any time and to modify its features at any time. If a customer wishes to upgrade from a regular paid plan to a Lifetime deal, they must make a new purchase for the Lifetime deal. The existing paid plan will be canceled without any refunds or prorated credits. 

3. CANCELLATION
3.1. To cancel your subscription to the Service: sign in to your Tweetdeleter account through the web, go to Settings and click on Manage Account. For assistance, email Tweetdeleter [email protected]. Once you have unsubscribed, we will stop charging you. All fees paid and charges made prior to cancelling your subscription are nonrefundable, including any advance charge(s) or payment(s) for a subscription term during which you cancel your subscription. Cancellation of your subscription does not relieve you of any obligations to pay accrued charges.
3.2 You agree that Tweetdeleter, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, may freeze or cancel your username, password, or use of the Service (any part thereof) for any reason, including without limitation, if Tweetdeleter believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Policies in any way. In addition, Tweetdeleter may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that Tweetdeleter shall be liable to you or any third party for any interference with or termination of your access to any Service.

4. SECURITY
4.1. We take commercially reasonable precautions to safeguard your Personal Information that is stored in our database from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and deletion. However, you are responsible for all of the information that you submit through the Service. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Twitter login data and for any and all activities that occur under your account. Your password Twitter login data protects your user account so make sure it is safe. Further, you are responsible for all purchases you make under your account. If you notice that someone else has used the Service using your Twitter login data, you should contact [email protected] for assistance.
4.2. While we take reasonable precautions, no security measures are completely secure. Therefore, we do not guarantee the security of any information on or within the Service at any time. For any additional information about our security measures, please contact us at [email protected]

5. MODIFICATIONS
TWEETDELETER RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO CHANGE ITS PAYMENT TERMS, SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND BILLING METHODS, INCLUDING THE ADDITION OF SUPPLEMENTAL FEES OR SEPARATE CHARGES FOR CONTENT OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY Tweetdeleter, UPON EFFECTIVE NOTICE TO YOU, WHICH SHALL INCLUDE NOTICE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS OR NOTICE ON THE SERVICE. If any such change is unacceptable to you, you may unsubscribe by contacting Tweetdeleter on [email protected]. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of a change to subscription fees and/or these Payment Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such change.

6. CUSTOMER SERVICE
You understand and agree that Tweetdeleter is responsible for all customer service, help, billing, and account issues related to your subscription. You agree not to direct any questions, requests for assistance, or inquiries about the Service to your ISP or to any third party website.
