How to search and find your liked tweets

Not only does TweetDeleter let you browse and delete tweets you've made, but also the hearts you've liked (or favourited – whichever is your preferred terminology).

So with the click of a button you can see every tweet you've ever bestowed with a like, and if you want, undo it all. To delete your Twitter likes, select the tweet in question (or multiple….or all of them…), and click “unlike”. You can also search your likes based on keywords, date, or tweet time of the day.

Keep in mind that this feature is only available for Advanced and Unlimited payment plan holders. Advanced payment plan users will be able to access their 1000 most recent likes. In order to access older likes, upgrade to the Unlimited payment plan and upload your Twitter archive.

Can I unlike all tweets with one click?

Yes - you can unlike your tweets in bulk. Select one or as many tweets as you want to unlike and press the unlike button on the TweetDeleter dashboard. It's that simple.

To delete all of your Twitter likes, use our Unlike all tweets at once feature (activate it here). Fast and furious. No more hearts of yours scattered around the internet.
To gain access to all of your old likes you'll need to upload your Twitter archive.

Can I automatically unlike future likes I make?

Yes, you can set up automatic unliking after a set amount of time – because there's no reason to keep your hearts lying around the internet. Now you can like a tweet, make your feelings known to the world while the tweet is relevant (let's be honest – in the Twitterverse, it's not long), give the author those warm and fuzzies of being loved on social, then have it automatically unliked after 30 days.

Because things can change in the future, and you have no idea what future you will think of past you's taste in tweets. So save yourself the regret. Use our Auto tweet unliking feature to set up an automatic unliking process so that you can feel safe about your privacy while you sleep.

Related frequently asked questions

Why can't I search for my likes?

Browsing likes is a feature available for those on Advanced and Unlimited payment plans. The “Like search” feature will show up on your main dashboard, and there you'll be able to isolate all of the tweets you've liked.

Why can't I find a tweet I know I liked?

Keep in mind that we can only see your 3200 most recent tweets because of limitations in Twitter's API (it's a technical thing). You can get around this by uploading your tweet archive, which you can find under your settings, under Account -> Your Twitter data. After you upload your data to TweetDeleter, you'll be able to browse and delete liked tweets from no matter how far back in history.

Why are unliked tweets still showing up as liked on my Twitter account

It takes time to unlike tweets, and it depends on how quickly the Twitter API can get this done. In most cases, tweets will be unliked in a couple of minutes. But it might take longer if there are a lot of tweets to be unliked.
